Parag, is a veteran and a perspicacious Operational leader with over 20 years of substantial experience in managing P&L Operations, Customer Care activities & implementation of new business/Centres, at organizations of national and global reputation, and enjoys a strong reputation of managing start-ups and large established profit. As the Head- Service Delivery for the Company, Parag leads all Migrations & Process Transitioning initiatives along with the entire operational Service delivery, Quality & Training function of the Company.
Before coming to ICCS, he was associated with Companies like Aegis, ICICI Bank. He joined Aegis as an Operations Head for Airtel Processes and then took up the role of Centre Head for Gurgaon. In the next assignment he took up the role as Centre Head for Noida and other Locations Like – Mumbai. Later he was elevated to a Business Leader role for managing Service Delivery for BFSI vertical for the Organization.
