Keshav Gaur
Keshav is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience during which he has been instrumental in establishing successful green field projects & transformation of businesses. Keshav is a widely recognized & respected name in the Financial Services & ITES Space. He began his career in advertising with Hindustan Thompson Associates (HTA), and then transitioned into the Banking and Financial services industry where he held senior leadership roles at Citibank, American Express Bank and GE Capital - India Bank Card & Fidelity Investment. In the BPO space, Keshav headed the Telecom Business Unit at Daksh eServices Pvt. Ltd (now IBM Daksh). His last assignment was with Vertex India, wherein he was the MD & CEO of the Company and created one of the largest, profitable & successful Domestic BPO, in the Country.
He serves as the Advisor to ICCS Board and its affiliate Companies and provides strategic vision & guidance to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the Domestic BPO & CRM Space.
