CPWD LAUNCHES NEW PROCESS WITH ICCS

Central Public Works Department has been in existence for over 164 years. It has executed priority of works in difficult and demanding geographical and climatic conditions in fields of Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, construction and maintenance.

CPWD has outsourced its Call Centre Operations to Insight Customer Call Solutions Limited for Consumer Registration on the CPWD portal. ICCS Limited is providing 24*7 Inbound/Outbound Voice support to CPWD team. It is another wonderful association of ICCS with government projects aligned in building the nation.
