Job Description:

Position: Assistant Manager - Administration

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4-6 Years

Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days

 

Job Description:

•       Act as an overall representative of the management in overseeing administration and other activities

•       Extensive experience in handling Admin functions like Security, Housekeeping, Site Operations, Transport, Repair, and Maintenance etc.

•       Strong skill sets for managing general discipline & manpower management.

•       Facility Management, Décor, Vendor Management

•       Should be from corporate background

•       Person should have BPO background with technical qualification -(BE/B-tech) in electrical or equivalent 

•       Should have knowledge of Facility management ,vendor management ,General administration ,Petty cash management

•       Knowledge of electrical panels, UPS systems, DG system, Air conditioning etc.
