Roles and Responsibilities

Incumbent will be responsible for effective and efficient accounting and financial statement preparation

Good knowledge for Income Tax provisions, Return preparations , Tax analysis.

Financial planning & analysis.

Timely Preparation and Submission of MIS to reporting Authority.

Expected to effectively interface with Corporate Finance, Corporate taxation, Legal and Secretarial departments on the key accounting, taxation, treasury & other issues.

Responsible for monitoring, reporting and forecasting business financials.

Capital Management.

Statutory Compliance of Banks, taxation etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualified CA

Good to have BPO experience

Financial Statement closure

Taxation sound knowledge
