Position: Trainer (Ecommerce)

Experience: 2-3 Years

Location: Mysore

Notice Period: Immediate -15 Days

Role and Responsibilities:

·        Should have experience in Domestic BPO As Trainer

·        Should have 2-3 years’ experience as a trainer

·        Preferably with Ecommerce background

·        Conceptualize training materials based on data and research

·        Communicate training needs and online resources

·        Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials

·        Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology

Should have good training skills:-

·        Multi Lingual ( Kannada + Malayalam) 

·        Good communications skills

·        Presentation skills

·        Instruct employee training and on boarding
