Position: Team Leader – Operations (Ecommerce)

Experience: 1-2 Years

Notice Period: Immediate -15 Days

Location: Noida

Preferably with Ecommerce background, should have 1-2 years’ experience in handling the

LOB _ Email - Graduate

1 year exp in Backend Vertical (Preferably Ecommerce Background) also team handling size of 20-25

Good communication (English +Hindi)

Manage team performance on SLAs & KRA

Manage day to day floor activities

Analyse, maintain daily, weekly and monthly team performance reports

Conducting periodic team meetings & attend review meetings
