Candidates must be having at least 1 Year recruitment experience with any Consultancy/Corporate/BPO.

Candidates Must have BPO Hiring experience 

Knowledge of Job Portals is must.

Must have knowledge of End to End recruitment experience

Proficient in Using Naukri, Times Jobs and job boards.

Identify candidates with the right skills to match the 

 Calling, --Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.

Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
