- Checking on the quality of calls of the agents
- Checking of the quality of emails and chats
- Document and report the feedback
- Quality Audit.
- Willing to work in night shift (24*7)
Experience : 2- 4 years
CTC : 1.2 LPA - 3 LPA
Number of Openings : 6
Location : Noida
Qualification : Graduate/Post graduate
