Position: Sr. Manager – Admin
Experience: 10 – 15 Years
Notice Period: Immediate -30 Days
Lead, coordinate and manage all day to day operations
Ensure the workflow of housekeeping staff and security personnel are adhered to proactively arrange facilities and services such as ID cards, seating allotment, parking allotment, accommodation support, etc. to the employees who are joining the organization
Helpdesk handling: acknowledge and work on request and incidental tickets with proper deadline and workflow.
Ensure that the office is 100% operational in all aspects of operations (AC, power, consumables, cleanliness etc.) at all times
Event management - Extend support while organizing an event right from the venue, seating arrangements to F&B, stationery arrangements, etc.
Planned preventive maintenance - Schedule and execute PPM activities liaising with respective vendors especially for AC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, PA system, Fire alarm system, etc.
Coordinate with external vendors as needed to buy necessary equipment, consumables, spares and any other maintenance activities
Asset maintenance such as regular update of inward and outward assets, tagging of all the assets and record keeping of all non IT assets
Handling logistics - Arrange shipping of assets, goods from one location to other either by courier or parcel services, cargo services based on the needs
Address operational issues and concerns in a timely manner
Oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities
Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements
Generate operational reports for management as needed
