Position: Transition Manager
Experience: 5-10 Years
Notice Period: Immediate – 30 Days
Essential skills: -
Regular MBA from reputed university.
BPO Ops background and must have experience of handling transition in BPO
Must have a proven background in project management and be able to demonstrate full end-to-end project management of 4-5 years as a minimum, in a BPO environment.
Has a strong background in risk management and be able to demonstrate real life examples, including approach to risk management and mitigation.
Strong oral and written communication,
Detailed reporting and analytical skills.
Strong planning and problem solving skills to aid Project Planning and Risk Mitigation
Highest standards of ethical behaviour and positive contribution to the community, consistent with the values of the organisation.
Demonstrable experience of working towards Project Management Methodologies.
Experience of RFI / RFP processes added advantage
Working with Business Development teams and taking a leading role in Project Management responses
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the end to end project management journey including budget and risk management control.
Proactively address and resolve overall delivery related, transition/process related and personnel related risks and issues.
Look at best possible resource utilization in terms skills, availability, personal growth and client needs.
Devise solutions appropriately while using existing best practices wherever appropriate.
Endeavour to enable this opportunity of a new business area across various work streams such as recruitment, training and transitions via presentations, meetings, online and offline knowledge resources and extensive documentation.
Communicate, interact with and manage client end senior management.
Conduct program progress/review calls.
Conduct and attend project/transition planning/review/progress/ calls.
Report project progress to internal stakeholders, mainly senior management.
Handling & solving program escalations.
Involved in conducting and/ or mentoring feasibility and solution identification exercises.
