Role and Responsibilities:

Should have experience in DOMESTIC BPO AS TRAINER

Should have 2-3 years’ experience as a trainer

Conceptualize training materials based on data and research

Communicate training needs and online resources

Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials

Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology

Should have good training skills:- 

Telugu + Good communications skills Presentation skills for Hyderabad

Multi Lingual ( Kannada + Malayalam) - Mysore

Good communications skills 

Presentation skills

Instruct employee training and on boarding
