Position: Sr. Business Development Manager/DGM/GM
Experience: 8-10 Years
Notice Period: Immediate – 30 Days
Education & Experience
Regular MBA in sales or Marketing
Track record of closing deals of BPO.
History of meeting or exceeding sales goals in BPO sales Voice and Non voice (chat processes)
Experience leading and executing full sales cycle (prospecting through closing and retention/upsell).
Experience leading sales teams. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to consistently manage numerous high priority projects at the same time.
Ability to present a professional image to management, staff, clients, and other outside contacts. Exceptional internal and external customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
Flexible in nature to accommodate new growth and change.
Fully competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
Able to learn new technology systems quickly.
Job Description: -
Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.
Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company. Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources in the assigned territory/geography.
required to propose, negotiate, close deals and manage client accounts end-to-end.
Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
Manage team targets and can generate good revenue.
Recommend which opportunities the business should pursue using criteria such as highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc.
