Lalit Lohani is a Strategic HR/L&D leader with over 18 years of experience in HR & Training. As a tenured leader with us, he has played an important role in shaping the human capital initiatives for the Company and contributed immensely in our growth.
He currently leads and heads our Business HR, Employee Engagement & C&B functions for the Company. Before joining ICCS, he worked with organizations like Gemco International, Finedge India, Serco BPO & Net Ambit.
