Average time spent by callers in queue
Do you like waiting in a queue? Well, nobody does! This is the reason why you need to make sure that the waiting time for your callers is within a range that is acceptable. This can be calculated by dividing the time of the callers in the queue with the total number of answered calls by the agents. Percentage of calls that are blocked
